Transaction Data: Billing address and payment details. These are processed securely through Stripe and/or Wise. We do not store your full credit card or bank details on our own servers.

Simple Analytics: We use GoHighLevel’s native analytics to monitor site performance (page views, button clicks, and referral sources) to improve the funnel experience.

Qualification & Strategy: To review your form answers and determine the best strategy for your funnel.

5. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell or trade your data. We only share it with essential service providers:

GoHighLevel (GHL): Our CRM, calendar provider, and funnel hosting platform.

Stripe / Wise: Our secure payment processors.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

As GHL, Stripe, and Wise operate globally, your data may be processed in data centers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. We ensure these transfers are compliant with GDPR through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We retain your personal data, form submissions, and meeting logs for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or follow-up requirements.

Leads & Inquiries: We retain this data to facilitate future business discussions and follow-ups unless you explicitly request deletion.

Financial Records: Transaction data is kept for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Dutch tax law.
